16‑hour weekend shifts. Availability to work 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
Requirements- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergency and non‑emergency calls.

- Ability to obtain and maintain:
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification

- Basic computer and report‑writing skills
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of security, law enforcement, military, healthcare security, or related experience.
- Fluency in a second language.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to de‑escalate conflicts and manage aggressive behavior.
- Critical thinking and sound judgment during emergencies.
- Crisis management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong documentation and incident report writing skills.
- Experience interacting with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws as they relate to security operations.
- Familiarity with access control systems, radios, databases, and security technology.
- Security, law enforcement, military, healthcare, behavioral health, or public safety experience.
- Experience working with individuals in crisis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a calm, professional demeanor.
- The ability to balance security enforcement with compassionate customer service in a hospital environment.
