Carpenter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

S+H Construction is seeking a skilled Residential Carpenter to perform all phases of residential construction, renovation, and remodeling projects throughout the Greater Boston area. The ideal candidate has experience in framing, finish carpentry, remodeling, and general construction practices while maintaining high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

• Framing of walls, floors, roofs, stairs and deck.
• Install exterior envelopes such as windows, doors, house wraps, tapes and siding and exterior trim.
• Install interior doors, standing and running trim, cabinets and other finish materials.
• Assist with demolition, material handling, and general construction tasks when required.
• Help to maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

• $25 - $45+ per hour, depending on experience

• Minimum of 3+ years of residential carpentry experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to work on all areas of construction site when necessary including heights, ladders, scaffolding, roofs, etc
• Possess and have experience with standard power tools.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
