Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a maintenance technician to uphold the physical integrity and appearance of our property. You will perform routine maintenance across buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas, respond to resident service requests, and help ensure safety and compliance.
The role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall and painting, plus a willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed. EPA/HVAC certifications are valued.
