Our agency opened in 2013 and is a strong team of eight focused on growth, performance, and delivering a great customer experience. Before becoming a State Farm agent, the owner worked as a mortgage loan officer, bringing a strong financial background into the business. The owner is a graduate of UNC Charlotte. The agency is highly involved in the community through the Chamber of Commerce, the Realtors Association, and by supporting organizations such as Catherine’s House.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Phil Champion - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career while making a positive impact in the community.

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
