HELT Design Architecture & Interiors — is seeking an Architectural Designer I–II with strong modeling and visualization skills. This role is ideal for emerging designers who are curious, collaborative, and eager to learn across all phases of architecture. You’ll help develop concepts, build digital models, contribute to documentation sets, and support coordination efforts while gaining hands‑on exposure to a wide range of projects.
You’ll work alongside seasoned architects and designers who value mentorship and who will encourage your growth across multiple building types including adaptive‑reuse, retail concepts, community spaces, and hospitality projects.
You are a curious emerging designer with a strong digital foundation and an eye for form, detail, and experience. You’ll help shape concepts, build models, and transform ideas into coordinated documents and visuals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Explore and refine design concepts through models, diagrams, and drawings
- Build digital models in Revit and Sketch Up;
Rhino a plus - Produce presentations, renderings, and visual studies
- Translate design intent into clear construction documents
- Participate in consultant coordination and internal pin‑ups
- Assist with CA tasks — redlines, RFIs, submittals, site visits as assigned
- Support development of studio standards, templates, and digital workflows
- 1–4 years in an architecture studio (internships count with meaningful responsibility)
- Strong modeling and visualization skills
- Revit + Sketch Up required;
Rhino, Lumion/Enscape/Twinmotion a plus - Experience in Adobe Creative Suite for boards and drawing communication
- Curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
- Professional degree in architecture; working toward licensure preferred
