Epic-certified Principal Trainer needed for a fast-paced EHR build for healthcare facilities operated by NCDHHS DSOHF. Experienced Epic-certified Principal Trainer (PT) needed for clinical end user, super user, and train-the-trainer training. Key duties include developing role-based training content, designing instructional materials, maintaining policy and procedure documentation, learning new content, assisting with building and testing of training environments, collaborating with other trainers, preparing training lessons, presenting information verbally and in writing, following up with trainees, serving as an expert educator, training and credentialing additional classroom trainers, training staff and end users, and managing application assignments.
