Position Summary
We are seeking highly qualified adjunct instructors to join our newly announced Master of Arts in Motorsport Management degree.
Belmont Abbey College is now accepting applications for the Fall 2025 semester and future terms for the Master of Arts in Motorsport Management, which has received full approval from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC).
Job ResponsibilitiesCandidates should have a proven track record of mentoring and developing emerging professionals, as well as strong research skills applicable to the field. Experience in directing student research projects or contributing to academic inquiry is highly valued. The role requires individuals who can integrate practical industry knowledge with academic rigor to provide students with a comprehensive and engaging learning experience.
QualificationsIdeal candidates will possess a minimum of a graduate degree in business, sport management, or motor sport management related academic field. Ideal candidates would have 10 years of professional experience in the motor sport industry, demonstrating significant expertise in business-related roles and the management of teams, brands, or racing organizations.
