Electrical Maintenance Technician
Maintain and modify production electronic systems and equipment
Service, repair, and troubleshoot PLCs
Modify PLC code, drives, and systems
Service, repair, and troubleshoot servo motors, drives, and encoders
Work with maintenance and electrical engineering teams to discuss applications requirements, layouts, and functional criteria of electrical units
Recommend changes in circuitry, components, and installation specifications
Work with maintenance staff and engineers to install, evaluate, and debug equipment installations or modifications
Qualifications:
What we are looking for...
Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, or 3-5 years electrical maintenance experience
Ability to use RS Logix, RS Linx, RS View Studio, Panel builder 32 along with laptop computers to access, upload, and download machine code to any and all types of PLCs within the facility
Ability to read and interpret flowcharts, schematics, and ladder logic diagrams
Mathematical ability to apply algebra and geometry concepts, and calculate proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volume, etc.
Ability to work 7:00pm - 7:15am (rotating schedule of 4 days on, 4 days off)
