Job Title
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated engineer with a passion for simulation and performance engineering.
Your MissionDevelop and maintain high-fidelity vehicle physics models and sub-models to enhance simulation toolsets.
Continuously validate and correlate models with real-world track and rig data to ensure robust, reliable simulation results.
Research and implement cutting-edge technologies to evolve simulation capabilities and meet engineering requirements.
Work cross-functionally with race engineers, performance analysts, and control engineers to provide solutions that support technical decision-making.
Ensure simulation tools and models remain at the forefront of accuracy and efficiency.
Your ProfileWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated engineer with a passion for simulation and performance engineering.
Education & Experience:
- A Master's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field.
- Strong background in mechanics and vehicle dynamics.
- Prior experience in modelling, simulation, or performance engineering within motor sport or high-performance automotive environments is essential
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in engineering simulation software and object-oriented programming (Python, MATLAB, C++ preferred).
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills, particularly in multibody dynamics and numerical methods.
- Familiarity with race car dynamics, control systems, and aerodynamic modelling.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to work closely with a multidisciplinary team.
- Passionate about motor sport, performance engineering, and continuous learning.
