Certified Nurses Aide

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Part-Time up to 19 hours.

$17.00 – $23.00 per hour

8 Hour Flex Shift

You will be supporting a small community of retired Sisters in a mission-driven environment where caregivers are truly valued.

• Low patient-to-caregiver ratio
• Private, non-public residential setting
• Calm and supportive work environment
• Strong team culture with consistent nursing leadership
• Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents

• Support the nurse in providing direct patient care
• Check and record vital signs and report changes in condition
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Observe, document, and report resident conditions and reactions
• Assist with mobility, ambulation, and outings
• Maintain resident comfort, dignity, and safety at all times

• Valid CNA
• CPR Certification
• Geriatric/Gerontology experience required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Professional, compassionate, and service-oriented

• Prior experience in religious/non-profit organizations
• Understanding and appreciation of the Sisters of Mercy mission and values
