Guidewire Claim Center Technical Lead

Lead the design, development, delivery, and support of Guidewire Claim Center integrations and services. Oversee multiple development and maintenance teams, including onshore and offshore resources, across concurrent technical work streams.

Technical qualifications include:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 7 years of hands-on Guidewire Claim Center integration and configuration development.
• Prior experience serving as a Technical Lead delivering at least two end-to-end Guidewire Claim Center implementations within commercial insurance.
• Proven ownership and support of production Guidewire Claim Center platforms and associated integration ecosystems.
• Strong technical leadership experience managing teams of 10–20 engineers across onshore and offshore models.
• Expert-level experience with Guidewire APIs, data model, product models, and integration frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise with Java, GOSU, J2EE, XML, Web Services, and relational databases (SQL Server preferred).
• Expertise in CI/CD tools and practices, including Jenkins, Git, code coverage, scanning tools (e.g., Sonar Qube), and Dev Sec Ops  principles.
• Guidewire Claim Center ACE Certification required.
• Guidewire Cloud migration experience is preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of P&C insurance, with a preference for commercial insurance domain experience.
