Provide oversight and guidance for buyers and materials management function, this position will be part of Site Leadership Team.
Responsible for the overall supplier relationships for commercial Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients. This includes the establishment and maintenance of effective relationships with suppliers and escalating supply risks to Site Leadership Team.
Provide guidance on sourcing strategy and formulate sourcing plans on categories such as Lab instruments, consumables and MRO items.
Work closely with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
In collaboration with corporate strategic sourcing, support sourcing of API and excipients for new R&D programs.
Analyze plant spend at all categories and balance cost with supply performance.
Assist Site Head with business performance review and ad-hoc analysis.
