Employment type:
“Casual Employee” (per diem, hourly clinician role). Anticipated average of 8–20 patient‑care hours per week, varying by office needs.
Location:
Seeing senior health patients across multiple offices in Charlotte, NC, including the Pineville office. Candidates must be willing to work at any of these locations as needed.
- Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel‑building role).
- Treating patients in‑office and conducting occasional tele‑health visits.
- Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in‑office procedures.
- At least 2 years of primary care experience.
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1‑on‑1 and in groups.
- Can thrive in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
- A passion for human‑centered primary care.
- Effective communication with and care for individuals of all backgrounds.
- Skill in using technology to deliver high‑quality care.
- Clinical proficiency in evidence‑based primary care.
- Desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery.
- Openness to feedback and reflection for productive insight into strengths and weaknesses.
- Ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues.

The hourly rate for this role is $75.00 per hour. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient‑care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits.
