Women's Health Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
Seeking a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide outpatient care.
Start date:
as soon as credentialed. Experienced applicants with GYN experience are preferred. Scheduled/hours:
Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. Schedule starts at 7:50 AM. Outpatient only. No Call. BLS required. Established practice inclusive of 27 physicians and 9 Advanced Practice Providers. Average number of patients per day per provider: 20-22. Clinic scheduling: 30-minute appointments for new patients/15-minute appointments for returning patients. Typical day includes 2 new patient slots per half day. Will the LT respond to codes:
Yes. Will the LT be expected to serve as backup in ER:
No. Procedures and Clinical Expectations:
Colposcopy and LEEP procedures, as well as other simple in office GYN procedures if adequately experienced to do so. Routine GYN, annual visits, postpartum visits, abnormal uterine bleeding, post-menopausal bleeding, and non-complex ovarian cysts.
