Schedule:
32 hours per week, weekdays and every other Saturday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
General
Job Description:
This position works directly with crew members in our four business enterprises in downtown Belmont and McAdenville. The Business Enterprises Associate/Job Coach’s primary responsibilities include compliance with health and sanitation regulations; providing outstanding customer service; improving engagement with merchandise; operating cash registers; maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges; assisting with kitchen responsibilities including prep line, catering assistance, washing dishes, food prep, unloading deliveries;
and participating in special events at each Business Enterprise location.
