Our Inside
Sales Coordinators play a critical role in supporting our HVAC sales operations, while also assisting with plumbing and electrical lead management. This position serves as the primary point of contact for sales technicians and customers requesting estimates, helping ensure leads are handled efficiently and customers receive an excellent experience from first contact through job execution.

As a Sales Coordinator
, you will manage inbound and outbound sales-related calls, coordinate sales schedules, and collaborate closely with our HVAC Service, HVAC Install, Plumbing, Electrical, and Customer Care teams. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through are essential to keeping our sales process moving smoothly and profitably.

Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break

$21.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus additional earning potential of a minimum of $7K a year (or $3.37 an hour) through quarterly performance incentives and sales opportunities.

• Serve as the main point of contact for sales technicians and customers requesting estimates
• Coordinate and manage sales team schedules and job flow
• Handle inbound calls and perform outbound follow-ups for lead requests and open estimates
• Track, update, and manage sales leads to ensure timely execution
• Collaborate with HVAC Service, HVAC Install, Plumbing, Electrical, and Customer Care teams to support a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate records and notes within the system to support sales and operational teams

• Residential HVAC, plumbing, or electrical sales coordination and or dispatch experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first mindset with a professional and positive approach

• Experience using Service Titan
• Background supporting sales teams in the skilled trades
