Beloit Auto & Truck Plaza is seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead and grow our Service Department. We are looking for the right leader – someone with automotive service experience, strong communication skills, and the drive to build a high‑performing team.
Management experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong service background and leadership potential.

Responsibilities- Lead and manage daily operations of the Service Department
- Oversee service advisors and technicians
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, and department profitability
- Schedule workflow and manage repair order processes
Maintain strong communication between sales and service departments - Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Ensure a positive, professional customer experience
- Automotive service experience required (Advisor, Technician, Shop Foreman, or Management)
- Leadership mindset with strong organizational skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of dealership service operations preferred
- Valid driver’s license
