- Set up, Operate, and Maintain Precision Equipment (drills, lathes, and mills) for accurate product manufacturing
- Program precision equipment according to per-job specifications
- Get information from all relevant sources and apply the latest knowledge to the work.
- Perform inspections of equipment, materials, and products.
- Analyze information and find the best solutions to problems.
- Maintain clear and honest communication at all times.
- Keep the work environment safe.
- Understands the operations of drills, lathes, and milling equipment.
- Problem Solving
Skills:
Know why machines aren't at peak performance, how to increase output and how to fix errors. - Attention to Detail: work with precision equipment, measurements have tight tolerances. Being off could be a critical error.
- Mechanical and Technical skills:
Machines controlled by computers will need operators who understand CAD/CAM tech. - Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills. Read schematics, blueprints, and other documentation.
- Understanding of mathematics.
- Self-motivation
- Ethical behavior.
- Stamina:
Often work long hours doing repetitive movements
-Full-time, Day Shift 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with overtime opportunities

Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
-Compensation:
- $15.00 to $25.00 /hour Dependent on Experience
