Mitchell County Hospital Health Systems (MCHHS) is seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) in Beloit, Kansas. MCHHS is one of the largest critical access hospitals with 25 staffed beds, including a 4‑bed ICU, and approximately 300 employees offering a comprehensive range of services rarely found in a rural setting.

- Nationally recognized for patient experience, quality, and safety
- 25‑Bed Inpatient Unit with a 4‑bed ICU and 4 OB suites
- Provide emergency medical care to patients of all ages
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of acute illnesses and injuries
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, EMS, and ancillary departments
- Actively participate in quality initiatives, trauma program, and patient safety
- Serve as a clinical leader within a highly collaborative rural healthcare environment
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current and unrestricted license (or eligibility) in Kansas
- ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Current DEA registration
- Comfortable managing a broad range of emergency cases independently, yet possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
