Accounts Payable ABC Supply Company is currently looking for a candidate to fill an entry-level position in our Overhead Payables Department in Beloit, WI.

Job Duties:

Reconciling Vendor Statements Vendor Master Maintenance Record Retention Voucher Entry Communication with vendors and branches

Other Duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications :

Able to work in a high volume and fast paced environment

Solid understanding of functional area and general accounting principles

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service skills within a high phone volume environment

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy

Able to work well independently as well as with a team Benefits may include:
