Reporting to the Manager of Pricing and Analytic Support, this associate will help employee pricing strategies that meet the needs of our field leadership teams across ABC Supply, L&W, and TCI.Pricing Coordinator Supervisor Responsibilities:

Assist in Pricing Coordinator tasks as needed, especially during large requests or limited team availability

Monitor ticket system to ensure internal and external pricing requests are properly assigned and meeting department SLAs, escalating as needed

Oversee Pricing Coordinator task lists and SN queues for optimal productivity and shared workloads, and reviewing issues with Pricing & Analytic Support Manager as they arise

Continuously work with the team to identify new and expanded areas for Pricing Coordinator support; develop and manage pertinent Pricing Coordinator processes

Maintain training documentation for all standard pricing coordinator tasks (task list items & SN standard requests), and ensure Pricing Coordinators are trained on appropriate tasks

Maintain primary team training decks in collaboration with pricing team associates (i.e. OSR, BMT, QC)
Manage career development of Pricing Coordinators and collaborate with the manager of Pricing & Analytic Support to assign appropriate stretch projects, trainings, and other identified development opportunities.

Approve Workday, Concur, and other necessary activities for Pricing Coordinators Participate in pricing projects as representative for Pricing Coordinators and coordinate efforts as requested on key projects

Develop and maintain Centralized Price Maintenance processes for the Pricing Coordinators to ensure all CPM Pricing Coordinator activities are properly executed and communicated in a timely manner

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Accounting, Math, Statistics)2-5 years of related experience

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, formulas, pivot tables, etc.)Position requires up to 15% travel
