Estimator Functions:

• Develop strategic plans
• Coordinate and maintain the continuity of all Estimating functions
• Review complex documents and reports
• Assign tasks to ensure efficient usage
• Closely check the work of others to assure compliance with laws, protection of the company from risk, and the compliance with established budgets and deadlines
• Coordinate assigned work with work of different crafts and/or other contractors as required by the contract

Estimator

Qualifications:

• 3+ proven years as a true lead Estimator
• Must have a proven work history working with a General Contractor
• Demonstrated experience commercial building projects in the $5-50M range.
• Proficiency with safety procedures
• Extensive people skills
