Full-Time, On-site. Entry Salary Range: $16.06-$19.27 per hour with incentive opportunity based on performance. Advia offers a bilingual premium for this role, acknowledging and compensating bilingual employees who regularly use their language skills; proficiency testing is required and Spanish language proficiency is specifically needed.
You will provide outstanding service and build lasting relationships with members and fellow team members. You will answer member questions, manage their accounts, actively listen to uncover needs, and recommend products and services that best benefit their financial goals. You will be the face of Advia.
