The Senior Spare Parts Coordinator plays a key role within Valmet, supporting both management and the Spare Parts team. This position manages customer orders throughout the entire Order-to-Cash process, from order entry to payment receipt, while ensuring effective communication between customers and internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do- Manage customer orders for parts and consumables through the complete Order-to-Cash process.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for order status, delivery schedules, pricing inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of order management and customer communication best practices.
- Act as an escalation point for complex order, pricing, delivery, invoicing, and customer service issues.
- Prepare reports, identify trends, and recommend process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
- Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring Spare Parts Coordinators.
- Foster strong customer relationships and participate in customer and sales review meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, order management, or a related role.
- A mix of relevant education and experience can also be considered.
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI is highly considered.
