Overview

At Central Christian Church, we exist to help people know Jesus and make Him known. We are one church with multiple campuses, passionate about creating environments where people of every age can experience the love and grace of Jesus.

Central Youth (CY) exists to create a place where every middle and high school student knows they are Loved. Valued. Enough. They Belong. We believe students grow best when they're known, challenged, and surrounded by caring adults who point them to Jesus.

We're looking for a relational, team-oriented Youth Pastor to lead student ministry at our Beloit campus while partnering closely with our Janesville campus to build one unified Central Youth ministry.

• Lead weekly Wednesday night student gatherings.
• Teach God's Word in engaging and relevant ways.
• Build relationships with middle and high school students, parents, and volunteers.
• Recruit, develop, and care for volunteer leaders.
• Collaborate with our Next Gen team on teaching series, events, and discipleship strategies.
• Help plan retreats, camps, outreach events, and special experiences throughout the year.
• Maintain an active presence in local schools and the surrounding community.
• Serve as a spiritual leader who models authentic faith and invests deeply in the next generation.

• You have a growing relationship with Jesus and a clear calling to student ministry.
• You love building relationships with teenagers and helping them take next steps in their faith.
• You're an engaging communicator with experience teaching Scripture.
• You're a humble, collaborative leader who enjoys working on a team.
• You can recruit and develop volunteers while creating healthy ministry systems.
• You're organized, adaptable, and excited to help students feel known and valued.

Central Christian Church is a growing, multi-campus church serving southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois, with approximately 2,000 people attending each weekend. We're passionate about helping people find and follow Jesus and creating environments where the next generation can encounter Him.

Central Youth is a thriving and growing student ministry serving an average of 200 middle and high school students each week at our Beloit campus, where students are discovering what it means to follow Jesus. Over the past few years, we've experienced tremendous growth and recently opened a brand-new, purpose-built student ministry space that's become a hub for students to connect, worship, and grow.

We're looking for someone who is excited to build on that momentum and help shape the next chapter of what God is doing through Central Youth.
