Job Description:We're growing our Engineering team and looking for talented Engineers to work in our U.S. Manufacturing Plants. We are seeking a skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team at Schreiber Foods. In this role, you will optimize production processes, ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing of food products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, maintain product quality, and enhance overall production performance.
Your responsibilities will include equipment optimization, process capability improvements, FMEA, risk reduction, and close teamwork with various departments.
This position is 100% on-site at our Beloit, Wisconsin plant.
Relocation Benefits: Receive a $10,000 relocation bonus plus a comprehensive relocation package for those moving more than 50 miles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field;
Master’s preferred. - 5+ years of engineering experience.
- Experience in the food industry or related field is a plus.
- Understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, FDA) or ability to learn.
- Project management experience is advantageous.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with ability to travel about 10%.
