Medix is partnered with an advanced nuclear technology company focused on producing medical isotopes used in hospitals for cancer imaging and treatment. Their technology uses controlled nuclear reactions and fusion-related neutron generation systems to create radioactive isotopes. These isotopes are produced when high-energy neutrons interact with specific materials, transforming them into medically useful radioactive particles. The isotopes are then supplied to hospitals for diagnostic imaging scans that help detect disease, locate tumors, monitor organ function, and track treatment effectiveness, as well as for targeted radiation therapies used to treat cancer.
