SummaryThis position will be knowledgeable and detail orientated regarding all aspects of maintaining the components and peripherals on all electronic and mechanical gaming machines; including the proper forms, parts inventory, and diagnostics for the machines. All of which ultimately enhances every interaction for our guests and employees; customer service is our top priority for both internal and external guests.
Minimum Qualifications- Must be bondable.
- Must have knowledge of Ohm’s law and electronic troubleshooting.
- Must be able to read schematics, oscilloscopes and ohm meter.
- Reads, writes and understands English.
- Must be able to pass Slot Technician test.
- Must have good eye sight, cannot be color blind.
- Must be able to walk, bend and stoop. Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
- Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must have prior experience in gaming machine repair. Training in computer operations, controls and robotics will be beneficial for this position, but is not required.
