Senior Relationship Manager II, Business Banking

Responsibilities

• Develop and retain key credit and deposit relationships for the Bank.
• Develop relationships with attorneys, management companies, accountants, reserve/engineers, insurance and other industry‑related professionals.
• Perform credit analysis for existing and prospective commercial customers of the Bank.
• Assist with the ongoing credit monitoring functions, including financial statement review and loan covenant compliance.
• Document loans and amendments.
• Update CRM database activities.
• Maintain weekly calls updated in Outlook Calendar daily.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned by manager.
• Keep up to date with compliance training.
• Portfolio management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 7‑10 years experience in a banking or related environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present information in one‑to‑one and group situations with all levels of individuals within the organization and the industry.
• Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Explorer, and Outlook; ability to learn bank systems and other software.
• Strong team player with the ability to multitask, high attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service.
• Willingness to put in extra hours as needed to complete projects with deadlines.
• Up to 5‑10% of work time will include travel.

The estimated salary range for this role is $117,000‑$158,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
