Division Controller:
On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Division Controller for a permanent role. This position is onsite at our client's Beloit, Wisconsin office.

Division Controller - Job Description:
The Division Controller will serve as the main source of financial reporting, planning, and analysis for the division. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of financial records and providing regular feedback to management and corporate on the division's financial performance.

Division Controller - Responsibilities:

• Develop and report operational metrics such as direct labor efficiency and on-time delivery

• Maintain general ledger and trial balance

• Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements

• Hold weekly and monthly meetings to review flash reports and compare performance to the business plan

• Prepare depreciation and amortization schedules

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Handle billing and collections

• Reconcile bank accounts monthly

• Implement and enforce accounting policies and procedures

• Oversee vendor contracts and ensure inventory accuracy

• Prepare and file tax forms, including sales tax

• Identify and correct errors and refine processes

Division Controller - Mandatory Skills:

• Expertise in financial control, FP&A, and budget management

• Proficiency in general ledger and trial balance maintenance

• Experience in A/R and A/P management

• Knowledge of depreciation and amortization

• Understanding of tax compliance

• Ability to analyze operational metrics and performance

• Strong data reconciliation and accuracy skills

Division Controller - Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with process improvement initiatives

• Familiarity with vendor and supplier relations

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment
