Position Overview
As a Teller Supervisor at Associated Bank, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth daily branch operations. You’ll support branch success by coaching tellers, enhancing customer relationships, and promoting financial solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise teller staff to ensure efficient, customer-focused service.
- Perform and oversee customer banking transactions while resolving service inquiries.
- Coach and motivate tellers to identify customer needs and refer appropriate financial solutions.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct regular cash counts and maintain operational accuracy of teller drawers and cash vault.
- Train, develop, and mentor team members on operational and service standards.
- Partner with the Branch Manager to maintain branch operational integrity and assist in their absence.
- Promote digital banking tools and customer channels to enhance the customer experience.
Education & Experience
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or banking environment.
Preferred: Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a financial or retail setting. Experience with cash handling and sales referral processes.

$17.00 - $26.08 per hour
