Senior Vice President of Treasury Management

Location: Beloit, WI
Salary: $215,000 - $240,000 + 30% Target Bonus

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily cash positioning, liquidity management, and enterprise cash forecasting across multiple business entities.
  • Design and implement a Treasury Management System (TMS) integrated with ERP and payment workflows while optimizing banking relationships, credit facilities, and short-term investments.
  • Develop treasury policies, improve cash management processes, enhance financial controls, and partner with Accounting and Finance leadership on strategic capital planning and risk management.
  • Evaluate and optimize banking structures, payment processes, and treasury technology to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Build and lead the Treasury function, serving as the strategic treasury partner to executive leadership.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of corporate treasury or finance experience with significant expertise in cash management and liquidity planning.
  • Demonstrated experience managing banking relationships, treasury operations, and enterprise cash forecasting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required.
