Key Responsibilities of the Senior Vice President of Treasury Management Role:
• Lead the company's global cash management strategy, including daily cash positioning and short- and long-term liquidity planning• Design and implement a scalable Treasury Management System (TMS) that integrates with ERP and payment workflows
• Develop treasury processes, controls, and reporting frameworks to support a growing enterprise
• Optimize the management of cash, debt, credit facilities, and short-term investments
• Ensure adequate liquidity while minimizing borrowing costs and maximizing returns on excess cash
• Partner with executive leadership to support capital allocation and financial risk management decisions
• Establish banking strategies and manage relationships with financial institutions
• Develop treasury policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and risk tolerance
• Build, mentor, and lead the treasury team as the department grows
• Provide treasury-related insights and recommendations to the CFO and executive leadership team
Requirements for the Senior Vice President of Treasury Management Role:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Finance with 10+ years of progressive treasury leadership experience• Deep expertise in cash management, liquidity management, and treasury operations
• Experience designing, implementing, or optimizing Treasury Management Systems
• Strong understanding of debt management, banking relationships, and short-term investments
• Proven ability to build processes, infrastructure, and teams in a growing organization
• Executive presence with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership
• Real estate industry experience is a strong plus
