Bank-First is seeking a BSA Officer to lead day-to-day BSA/AML and OFAC programs for the bank across Wisconsin and Illinois. You will oversee CTRs, CIP, CDD/EDD, SARs, and sanctions screening while coordinating with risk, legal, IT, and business lines.
You will report to Senior Management and the Board, drive program improvements, and supervise a team of approximately 10 BSA/AML professionals. A strong investigative mindset and collaboration skills are essential.
