Indirect Loan Processor

First Community Credit Union is seeking an Indirect Loan Processor to support our dealer-based lending program. In this member-first, community-driven role, you will review and process auto and consumer loan packages from partner dealerships, verify applicant information and documentation, and ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations. You will work closely with dealers and internal lending teams, maintain accurate data in loan systems, and manage a steady pipeline of loans while delivering timely, accurate, and friendly service that supports our members and community-focused mission.

Responsibilities

• Review and process indirect auto and consumer loan applications from dealer partners
• Verify applicant information, income, and documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Evaluate credit reports and apply lending policies and underwriting guidelines
• Communicate with dealers and internal teams to resolve missing or incorrect information
• Ensure loans comply with regulatory, policy, and documentation standards
• Input and maintain accurate data in lending and core banking systems
• Track loan pipeline, monitor funding status, and meet service-level turnaround times
• Provide member-first service while protecting credit union risk and quality
