Senior Accountant

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 base + approximately 10% discretionary bonus
Location: Beloit, WI | On-site

• Work closely with senior leadership and investment professionals in a small, collaborative environment.

• Maintain accurate daily books, complete month-end reconciliations, and manage accruals.
• Support the onboarding and ongoing administration of investments, including documenting structures and tracking financial details.
• Monitor investment-related contributions, distributions, wires, insurance, and other activity.
• Prepare and review financial information while tracking and tracing transactions across various investment structures.
• Partner with finance and investment professionals on financial analysis, investment case studies, and other ad hoc projects.

• 2–3 years of broad accounting experience, ideally within public accounting, audit, tax, banking, investing, financial services, or a similar environment.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, reconciliations, accruals, and transaction tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred but not required.
