Join a supportive, therapist-led team in a respected skilled nursing facility where OTs are valued, mentored, and empowered to help residents regain independence and improve quality of life.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Deliver targeted interventions to improve ADL function, fine/gross motor skills, coordination, cognition, and upper extremity use
• Train patients and families in adaptive techniques, equipment use, and energy conservation strategies
• Motivate residents during treatment and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team
• Document progress accurately in line with facility and regulatory standards

• Strong clinical support from therapist Regional Directors
• Excellent mentorship and guidance available; great for new grads and early-career OTs
• Annual performance reviews with realistic raise opportunities
• Typically able to offer consistent full 40-hour caseloads
• Possibility of optional PRN hours at nearby facilities if desired
• Unlimited $1,000 employee referral bonuses (no cap!)
• Direct hire – no agency

• Active state Occupational Therapist OT license (or pending)
• Strong teamwork skills and patient-centered approach
