AMN Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Beloit, Wisconsin.

A typical day includes working closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide personalized rehabilitation services that align with professional standards and patients’ individual goals. The role requires flexibility across day, evening, and night shifts in a patient‑centric environment.

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT‑WI) with at least 2 years of experience
• Current BLS certification (copy required)
• Social Security Number (SSN) and Date of Birth (DOB) required for background check
• One reference from the entire work history
• License and skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required

• Previous travel assignment experience
