Behavior Technician BT Kids

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you’ll help children achieve life-changing milestones - like saying "I love you" for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you’ll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors.

• No experience required -we provide paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Center-based
  - you have the support of and connection with other teammates and supervisory staff onsite

• Pay based on experience, education, and performance
• Ongoing professional development and career growth
• Structured, one-to-one client sessions

• 18+ years required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong work ethic
• Comfortable playing with children
• Full-time availability (Monday - Friday)
• Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions
