Perfusion Solution Inc. is excited to announce a full-time opening for a Staff Perfusionist in Minot, North Dakota
! As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work alongside a supportive group of clinicians, playing a vital role in the delivery of exceptional patient care.

• Operate and manage cardiopulmonary bypass equipment during surgical procedures.
• Closely monitor patient vitals and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to develop and execute optimal perfusion strategies.
• Conduct pre‑op assessments and ensure equipment readiness.
• Maintain accurate documentation and continuously adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Stay current with evolving perfusion technologies and techniques.

• Graduate of an accredited perfusion program and be either ABCP exam eligible or a Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP).
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and critical thinking skills, particularly in high‑stakes environments.
• Experience with a wide variety of case types is highly valued.
