As a Caregiver / C.N.A., you will be the frontline supporter of resident well-being, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity every day.

  -2:00 pm - 10:30 pm
• NOC
  -10:00 pm - 6:30 am
• Monday - Friday
• Every other weekend
• Rotating Holidays

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices
• Monitor vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration; accurately document findings using EMR (Electronic Medical Records)
• Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols
• Support patients with specialized needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care
• Maintain a safe environment by following infection control practices for infectious disease care and working within hospital or outpatient clinic settings

• CBRF Certifications
• Minimum of two years of experience
• A commitment to ongoing learning about infection control practices, healthcare approaches and techniques, and patient safety standards will help you excel in this role
