Dietitian

• Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions, and current health plans to develop and implement dietary-care plans and provide nutritional counseling.
• Consult with physicians and health care personnel to determine nutritional needs and diet restrictions of the patient.
• Advise patients and their families on nutritional principles, dietary plans and diet modifications, and food selection and preparation.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of meal plans, adjusting as needed based on patient progress and needs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient nutritional care.
• Educate patients and family members on the role of diet and nutrition in recovery and overall health.
• Prepare detailed reports on patient progress and participate in case reviews with healthcare team members.
• Strong understanding of nutrition and dietary needs in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills.
• Ability to develop and adhere to case-by-case nutritional plans.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining patient documentation.
• Strong team collaboration skills, particularly in a healthcare environment.
