About Megaport

We’re not your typical tech company - and we don’t want to be. Megaport is the global leader in Network as a Service (NaaS), and has transformed the way businesses connect to the cloud, data centers, and each other. We’re publicly listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and partnered with the biggest names in tech like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, IBM, and more.

Headquartered in Brisbane with a crew of over 600 people spread across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas, our employees enjoy an environment that is collaborative, supportive, and (actually) fun.

Our Team Culture

We’re a team of problem solvers, pixel pushers, code slingers, and cloud fanatics. Culture is more than a poster on the wall here - collaboration beats hierarchy, curiosity fuels our growth, and everyone’s voice matters. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We work across time zones to execute on our global vision, trust each other to get things done, and never compromise our values for commercial gain.

Most importantly, we place our customers at the center of everything we do.

We’re committed to increasing representation in the tech industry and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Don’t meet every requirement? That’s okay. If you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply.

Your Role

Megaport is experiencing significant growth, and we’re looking for an efficient, collaborative, and independent Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us as we scale. You’ll be deeply connected to our teams - helping shape hiring needs, supporting leaders, and welcoming the next wave of Mega porters. As part of our global TA team, you’ll also have opportunities to recruit in new countries and time zones as we continue to expand across the world.

This role suits someone who’s energized by independence and taking initiative. You’ll be trusted to think on the spot, make confident decisions, and adjust as priorities shift. If you enjoy fast-paced problem-solving, working with great people around the world, and contributing to a growing global tech company, this role will feel like a great fit.

If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, trying new approaches, and working with great people across the world, this role will be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Spend time in our Brisbane office to stay connected to our team, culture, and the buzz of what’s happening.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, partnering with teams across Megaport to attract and hire exceptional talent as we continue to grow.
  • Source talent in creative and thoughtful ways through networks, proactive outreach, referrals, and meaningful candidate conversations.
  • Own your recruitment portfolio with curiosity and energy - building deep understanding of our teams, roles, technology, and business to find the right people at the right time.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing insights, influencing hiring decisions, and helping them navigate the recruitment process to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Create a smooth, engaging, and memorable candidate experience that reflects Megaport’s culture from first conversation through onboarding.
  • Keep our processes tidy and organised, from ATS updates to contracts and onboarding support.
  • Provide support, guidance, and knowledge-sharing to members of the TA team, helping build confidence and capability.
  • Contribute to a strong team culture by sharing best-practice recruitment approaches, tools, and insights with the wider TA team.
  • Bring ideas and a continuous improvement mindset - experimenting with new approaches, challenging existing ways of working, and helping evolve our recruitment processes as we scale.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with the confidence and capability to manage a diverse portfolio of roles and partner with teams across the business.
  • Naturally curious and eager to learn - someone who enjoys understanding new teams, technologies, markets, and roles, and is always looking for ways to improve their craft.
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys recruiting and is energised by managing multiple priorities,…
