HR - Bilingual Training Specialist

Salary: $70,000-$80,000

Key Responsibilities for the Training Specialist:

• Lead new hire onboarding and orientation programs for manufacturing employees

• Develop, deliver, and maintain training programs focused on equipment operation, safety, and standard work procedures

• Partner with Engineering and Safety teams to support workforce training initiatives

• Create and update Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and training documentation

• Manage and enhance training content using SharePoint and other learning resources

• Deliver training in both English and Spanish to support a diverse workforce

Qualifications for the Training Specialist:

• Manufacturing experience required

• Experience with employee training, onboarding, or workforce development programs

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required

• Bachelor's degree required
