3+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring or observability platforms, including configuring alerts, dashboards, sensors, reports, or event management workflows.
Practical experience using monitoring data, alerts, logs, dashboards, or event information to support troubleshooting, incident response, and service reliability.
Working knowledge of IT operations processes, including incident management, problem management, escalation, and operational support.
Experience building or maintaining alerts, dashboards, reports, monitors, or operational views.
Ability to work with technical teams to understand monitoring needs and implement practical observability solutions.
