Be part of a company that recognizes your talents, rewards your efforts, and helps you reach your full potential. At ABC Supply, we have YOUR future covered.

The Item Data Specialist plays a critical role in supporting ABC Supply’s ERP and digital commerce initiatives by sourcing, transforming, validating, and maintaining product and item data, including product attributes, taxonomies, long descriptions, data schemas, and content enhancements. This role collaborates with branch personnel, vendors, and third-party data providers to collect, enrich, and ensure the accuracy of product information required to support ABC Supply’s ERP, eCommerce, and other digital platforms.

Partner with vendors to verify product information and ensure data accuracy, while collaborating with internal departments to develop, improve, and sustain efficient cross-functional processes.

Support Growth and Quality of the Item Catalog – Support catalog expansion by onboarding new products, enriching attributes and digital assets to ensure complete, accurate, and high-quality product records.

Identify, Escalate, and Resolve Data Issues – Proactively identify unclear, incomplete, or conflicting product data and escalate issues as needed.
