A well-established law firm in Texas and Oklahoma is seeking a fully-remote Mid-Senior level Attorney with a strong background in Insurance Defense to join their growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in Texas or Oklahoma, offering flexibility, competitive compensation, and a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of complex insurance defense matters
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff
- Maintain a monthly billable target of 160 hours
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
- Licensed to practice in Texas or Oklahoma (dual licensure is a plus)
- Strong litigation and case management skills
- Base salary: $160,000–$185,000+ (commensurate with experience) + Billable Bonus
- Medical, dental, and vision (50% premium covered)
- 401(k) with 2% match
- Monthly reimbursements: $50 for cell phone and $50 for gym membership
- Short- and long-term disability coverage
- Fully remote for candidates residing in TX or OK
- Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Open to candidates with various legal software experience
