Production Supervisor; 3rd Shift

Position: Production Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, this individual will coach front-line leadership and engage hourly technicians in plant-wide initiatives, including Continuous Improvement Projects and High Performance Organization (HPO) initiatives. Additionally, this role is responsible for ensuring safety, product quality, line efficiency, budgetary goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and organizational capability/employee morale. The individual will lead in a High-Performance Organization to execute strategies aligned with the department across all three shifts.

** Work with engineering, safety, product development, and reliability teams.
• High school diploma/GED required, with 1+ years of supervisory experience or 2+ years of operations experience in a manufacturing environment OR Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of operations leadership experience (Operations Supervisor, Operations Team Lead, Sr Operations level role) within a manufacturing environment ### Make History With Us
