Responsible for the daily operation of the Scooter's Coffee location; directing staff to ensure customers are satisfied with their experience;
Lead interviewing, hiring, training, and developing of staff to demonstrate company standards in customer experience and operations;
Provide ongoing performance feedback and development for staff members;
Maintain inventory and lead open/closing procedures; manage cash handling and safety procedures;
Directly report to the Regional Manager and work 40 hours per week
