Who They Are
We have been retained by a $650 million commercial roofing company. They are looking for a Technical Director with 10+ years of commercial low-slope roofing experience from a manufacturer. This role will lead all technical functions across the company, including field and administrative services, warranty and claims, codes and approvals, and specifications.
What You'll Do
- Establish and enforce technical standards and best practices
- Manage 4-5 direct reports
- Provide strategic technical direction aligned with the company's growth objectives
- 10+ years of experience in low-slope roofing
- Experience leading/managing technical teams or programs
- Ability to travel 10-15%
